Evening Reflections

I'm sitting here at my computer at 5.56am listening to my best friend singing and playing songs for me over the phone. Zombified after a particularly unpleasant morning and tiring afternoon, I somehow can't put my thoughts in work. Now listening to her singing Lin Yi Lian's "Shang Hen" to me, a wave of nostalgia comes over me. Ten years ago, this was one of my favorite songs, and still remains an all-time favorite. Then now we moved on to singing Zoe Tay's "Dang Ai Cha Sheng Er Guo" and realized that it's such a difficult song to sing and play! Gosh... And my dear has the song but never sent it to me. Darn. This is my "Another One Bites the Dust". Now we're on to a whole series of Fann Wong songs, and my gosh, I didn't even know Fann sang in Viet! Ahh... I think I'm going nuts. Dr C. says I need to relax... I think so. The singing session with H. did me good. I feel a little more relaxed now. Ok. Dinner time! And then... gay paper, here I come!!!
