Auto Cars...
Why do people want to drive auto cars when they can drive manual ones?! For racers like me, auto cars are harder to control as they use air brakes and not the traditional brakes that manual cars use. Also, I feel like I'm half paralyzed coz the left side of my body is idle while my right hand and right leg are busy working. There's simply no balance! It's so uncomfortable! Tonight, I went for a drive with my parents. Ok. Correction. I forced my parents to take me out to get the experience of driving an auto car. Since my small dainty feet are unable to reach the pedal of the Merc (note: it's nothing to do with how long my legs are, but how long my feet are, since I'm referring to the inability to reach the pedal when my heel is on the floorboard and my toes are striving to reach the pedal), I had to resort to driving my mum's car. It was an interesting experience driving with my parents in the car. So far, only my instructors have sat in my car. Why do I say interesting? Well, if parents buckle up tightly when u are driving, and tell you to drive slower even though you are going at a third of the speed they usually drive at, and if one tells you to turn left, but the other tells you to go straight, and if they worry when they see a stationary vehicle in your way miles away, and start telling you to change lane, I think you'd find it rather "interesting" too. I feel like a grown baby whose parents are teaching me how to walk. Now I understand why they have driving schools in Singapore, and not allow parents to teach their kids to drive.
