Paradise On Earth (???)

I had lunch with a bunch of friends today at this steamboat place called Paradise On Earth. I had my reservations about having lunch there since a few weeks back, but went anyway for the company. Company was great and had a whale of a time guessing old Chinese pop songs. Conversation round the table was also hilarious and best of all, my best pal from 15 years ago actually scooped food for me and peeled prawn for me! It has never ever ever happened before. Another best pal (who blackmailed me into going) told me that he will change my mind about steamboat. Well, it did not. It just affirms my aversion towards steamboat (except for the Royal Hotel one that comes with yummy fried chicken wings). I came back and was googling for reviews of the steamboat place and everyone seems to love it. I wonder whether it is me and my taste buds that are problematic or simply because everyone else has substandard taste. I hope that the next time we have steamboat, we end up at Royal Hotel! My show 3 daddies and a baby has started so gtg!
