A sad day for me as I watch my loved ones depart... the pain in my *** feels as bad as the pain in my heart. The suffering and loss I felt was temporary this morning. But now, certified as incurable, I feel as if I cannot survive anymore. The pain will be permanent and chronic, the blood red and real. Sigh.........
