Felt like posting a blog entry tonight but I forgot my username and password...Tonight I feel contemplative...the sound of silence resonates in my mind. Perhaps it was the movie, Troy, that made me so. The movie was great. Was astounding. Frankly, I'm never one to go for such shows. All that violence scares me. It makes my flesh crawl. But Troy was well done. It showcased a side of humanity, of sensitivity among even the most hardened men. It showed that there is hope in a world of beasts, love in a world of cruelties. It showed how greed and power destroyed men and descrated cities... but that never led to peace. It was love that brought peace. Sadly, Singaporeans don't get it.
